“I am always with you,
swimming in the ink of your pen,
waiting for you to carry me forward in the flow of your words,
or the line of your image.”©

If you don’t sleep well during the full moon, you are not alone! Many women I’ve spoken with don’t sleep well at this time. Consider this an invitation. An invitation to communicate with your “self” from a place of unknowing, an openness for the unexpected.

Writing or drawing can be so cathartic, especially during the midnight hours.

When the full moon shines down and awakens you from sleep that is so dear,
Grab a pen, any pen.
Grab paper, any paper.
It’s the seeking inward.
That is the place where preciousness lives.

There’s a secret I’d like to share with you.
If you ask, loving answers will guide. The answers are only from a place of love. If they don’t feel loving, send that voice away. That’s a voice I will speak of in another newsletter.

Ask for her message:

Should I move forward with this particular decision?
What am I waiting for?
What am I feeling?
What do I want?
What do I need?
What is showing up for me?
Where do I need help?

And the inner guidance comes. Sometimes soon or sometimes, the final answer won’t be available until later, because trusting yourself is part of the creative process.

If that happens, expect the unexpected. Your imagination is calling. Give her the pen, ask for her name,  and write her loving words from your inner self.
