The Journey Outward
Painting & Writing Workshops
Bring your vision from the imagination into reality.
With painting and writing, paint your inner ally. No longer just an idea in the imagination, your painting becomes a physical and symbolic representation of an aspect within yourself.
Paint your Inner Archetype
I offer engaging and creative painting workshops for individuals and small groups.
Intentional Creativity workshops involve guided painting sessions where participants use a unique 13-step process to bring their inner archetypes to life on a 24X30 inch canvas.
Some allies met along the way:

Whether the theme is magic, heroines, or other inspirational topics, I lead visualizations and discussions to provide inspiration before teaching Intentional Creativity painting techniques.
By the end of the workshop, participants walk away with a finished canvas painting reflecting their personal journey. My workshops appeal to both beginners and experienced artists, providing a fun and meaningful creative experience for all.
My workshops can be customized to include various mediums including acrylic and watercolor. I've also conducted writing workshops where participants create affirmation cards through collage and Haiku.
"An incredible workshop with a superb facilitator!"
“I can't remember when I have been so relaxed and enthused at the same time! The process Catherine guided us through connected me to my innate creativity, and it was almost as though my painting painted itself!" -KC
"I simply allowed what was inside me to emerge."
“Stepped outta my comfort zone last weekend and took a painting/self-discovery workshop on connecting with the heroine within. It's time to change the self-limiting stories we tell ourselves. So over the weekend I was gentle with myself. I allowed myself to sit with the fear of doing it wrong or messing it up and picked up the paintbrush anyway. I simply allowed what was inside me to emerge. And I discovered my heroine within-I call her the Goddess of Voice.” - KS
